As I was wandering and wondering through the parklands in Adelaide the other day, I stumbled across this statue. I had completely forgotten about it, but I remember my Gran showing it to me when I was very little. It is a statue of Alice in Wonderland. It was donated to the parklands in 1962 by Josephine and Norman Lewis, and it case you can’t make out the inscription on the base, it says ‘For the Children’.
